The following states policies regarding the terms and conditions of Eloxite's online sales, as well as special shipping considerations, our policy on returned goods, and the privacy rights of visitors to this website.
Our shipping & handling rates are scaled according to the order total,
except for heavy equipment or special items, which are generally
subject to higher rates.

Eloxite Corp. sells at wholesale prices only. If you reside in the State of Wyoming and have no sales tax registration number, it will be necessary for you to include sales tax with your order.
Open accounts are available to government and businesses having a high rating with Dun & Bradstreet or the Jeweler's Board of Trade. Past due invoices are charged a 1.5% per month fee. There is a $10 charge for insufficiently funded checks plus any collection costs incurred.
C.O.D. orders are accepted for those who choose to pay via this method. Only a money order or cashier's check will be accepted by the delivery person for the first two orders. Thereafter, regular checks are acceptable. A C.O.D. charge will be added to shipping charges under $100.
Orders from foreign countries should be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, banker's cashier check drawn on a U.S. bank, International Postal Money Order, or a wire transfer to our bank, The First State Bank of Wheatland, Wyoming 82201, to be credited to Eloxite's account. All amounts should be payable in U.S. dollars.
Polytex, silicon carbide grain and other heavy items, such as tools, will be subject to higher shipping charges depending on weight. For orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign countries, the payment should include an ample amount to cover shipping charges. Excess amounts will be refunded with order.
There is an extra charge for shipping by air or by Federal Express, depending on the weight of the shipment. Some items are not covered by the shipping and handling charge nominally shown on this website.
Goods returned for exchange must be returned within 15 days of receipt. If said goods have been abused or used, full credit for their return will not be allowed. An exchange charge of $2.00 plus freight will be made if Eloxite Corp. did not err in the original shipment. The modest charge will help cover re-packaging, etc.
Goods returned for refund will be subject to a 12% re-stocking charge.

If you give us your postal address, through either a catalog request or an order, you may receive similar information via regular mail. If you do not not wish to receive our information, please let us know.
