Shipments and Returns

Internet Orders received by 7:00 am mountain time Monday-Thru Friday except holidays will be processed the same day. If the order is received after 7:00 am mountain time they will process the next business day.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Please note that in some cases the shipping and handling charges shown on our table shown below will not cover our shipping cost. In these cases you will be charged the actual shipping charges and no handling charge. Some of these cases could include: small and light orders which are specified to ship by UPS or Fedex, shipments by expedited air services (UPS Air, Fedex Air, Express Mail), heavier items such as equipment, grit, etc., shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and foreign countries.  You are welcome to request a call with the total of your order if you suspect higher shipping rates.

Returns

Goods returned for exchange must be returned within 15 days of receipt. If said goods have been abused or used, full credit for their return will not be allowed. Goods returned for refund will be subject to a 6% re-stocking charge.
