Web Order Confirmation Totals:  Please note that some of the quantity discount amounts shown on your e-mailed confirmation may not be exactly correct or some of the quantity discounts may not show up.  Our order entry/invoice system will catch any pricing errors and give you our best pricing.  Upon order entry you are given some options concerning a telephone call back for order amount confirmation if you would like one.

Minimum order: $15.00 in merchandise

Eloxite Corp. sells at wholesale prices only. If you reside in the State of Wyoming and have no sales tax registration number, it will be necessary for us to charge you sales tax on your order. If you do have a sales tax license on file with us mark the appropriate box during your ordering process (the internet order confirmation will show sales tax but it will be taken off when we invoice). If you do have a sales tax license and it is not on file with us we will need a copy of it or we will have to charge the tax. You can fax a copy to us at 1-307-322-3050, or mail it to us at Eloxite Corp., P.O. Box 729, Wheatland, WY 82201. The website does not recognize the county in which you reside. If there is additional sales tax above the state tax, we will add the additional tax.

Open accounts are available to government entities upon approval. Businesses must be approved through submission of a credit application. If you would like a copy of the application, let us know in the comments box of your order, or, contact us and we will send one. Past due invoices are charged a 1.5% per month fee.

There is a $25 charge for insufficiently funded checks plus any collection costs incurred.

C.O.D. orders are accepted for those who choose to pay via this method. Only a money order or cashier's check will be accepted by the delivery person for the first two orders. Thereafter, regular checks are acceptable. A C.O.D. charge will be added to shipping charges on orders under $125.00 in merchandise (the C.O.D. charge will be the actual C.O.D. charge of the carrier).

Orders from foreign countries should be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, banker's cashier check drawn on a U.S. bank, International Postal Money Order, or a wire transfer to our bank, The First State Bank of Wheatland, Wyoming 82201, to be credited to Eloxite's account. Buyer is responsible for all bank charges on wire transfers. All amounts should be payable in U.S. dollars.
